Our new “Resource Scheduler” is a simple web based program designed to schedule, track, and keep inventory records for the many different resources you may have on hand and available for use. Resources such as audio and video equipment, tables, chairs, tools, vehicles, rooms, buildings, or any other item you want track or schedule for use can be easily input in this new program. Our Resource Scheduler consists of two separate login locations. One is a control panel and resource management site where staff and supervisors can record, manage, and keep track of your available resources. Second, is a web based calendar where authorized individuals can login, see scheduled items, check the availability of a needed resource item, and if available submit a schedule request for the use on specific dates and times. With this unique program you will never double book or come up short when resources are needed for special events, meetings, or just everyday use. “The Resource Scheduler” is a problem solver for most all business, organization, churches, or schools.
